These terms cover your use of our website, askomnio.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The website is run by Ask Omnio AI ("Ask Omnio", "we", "us"), a business name of 1000758683 Ontario Inc., registered in Ontario, Canada.
The Ask Omnio platform has its own agreement
These terms are for the website only. The Ask Omnio platform at askomnio.ai, including the beta program, is provided only under a written agreement signed with your company. That agreement, not these terms, governs your company's use of the platform and its data. How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
What's on the site
The website describes Ask Omnio and invites businesses to apply for the beta program. It is general information about our product, not an offer.
- Features, examples, figures and timelines on the site show what Ask Omnio does or is planned to do. Plans can change, and examples may use sample data rather than a real company's figures.
- Nothing on the site is financial, tax, legal or investment advice.
- Applying for the beta doesn't create an agreement. We choose beta participants at our discretion.
Using the site
You may browse the site and share links to it. You agree not to:
- copy, scrape or republish the site's content in bulk, or use it to train AI models
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the platform
- use the site for anything unlawful or to mislead others about who you are
- present yourself as Ask Omnio or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you
Our name and content
The Ask Omnio name, logo, website design, text, animations and images belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. These terms don't give you any right to use them, other than to view the site.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything. We won't publish your name or your company's name with them without your permission.
Links to other sites
If the site links to another website, we don't control that site and aren't responsible for it.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it is complete, current or free of errors, or that it will always be available.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website, including indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. If we are found liable anyway, our total liability for the website is limited to CAD $100.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law gives you and that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date posted at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept it.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about the website goes to the courts of Ontario, sitting in Toronto.
